Our Security Policy

Gen Era has performed an extensive research to become the pioneer enterprise in molecular diagnostics and life sciences since its foundation in 2013. With its competent staff and wide portfolio of services and products which serve the purpose; Gen Era aims to create value for scientists, clinicians, laboratories and ultimately final users. While carrying out these activities, in accordance with the TS EN ISO 27001 Information Security Management System standard, our policy is based on securing risk management, measuring the performance of the Information Security Management process and organizing its relations with third parties on information security related issues.

In this direction, our Information Security Policy covers;

  • To protect the information assets of Gen Era Diagnostik A.Ş., to ensure the accessibility of information with business processes as required, to meet the legal requirements,
  • To ensure sustainability of the three basic elements of the Information Security Management System: accessibility, integrity and confidentiality.
  • To undertake to meet the applicable legal requirements regarding Information Security and to continuously improve it.
  • To ensure the security of not only data stored electronically but all data written, printed, verbal and other media formats
  • To raise awareness of all employees about Information Security through continuous training.
  • To ensure that all information security vulnerabilities that actually exist or raise suspicion are taken into account.

  • Ensuring the identification and controllability of risks with routine evaluations on information security.
